		<description><![CDATA[Sweet.  I&#039;d been hankering after one for years too, finally pulled the trigger on one for about the same price from Global Gear a few years back.  As long as they&#039;re not stainless steel you&#039;re pretty much right.

Looks like we both have the &quot;fake&quot; acid etched hamon but who cares.  You&#039;re not going to score a clay tempered sword for $100.  Mine is sharp as hell, even after I sliced up a few 3l milk bottles filled with water (I have terrible technique), so be careful.]]></description>

They would throw a folded paper in the air, slice it with the sword while it was falling to test the blade&#039;s sharpness. I still have no idea how they did it other than doing it for years and years.]]></description>
