I’m not selling it because I don’t love it anymore, just the opposite. I actually think its a keeper, and I could own it for many more years to come (one day it’s going to be as cool as a MKI GTI) but I’ve got that keeper car, it’s the GT-R and I can’t afford to keep 2 keepers on the road so the GTI just had to go.

Yesterday I spent the driving part of my day hitting boost from 2500RPM – 4000RPM and shifting up at 4000rpm every time. Do you know what that feels like? In my GTI boost comes on at 2500RPM and it’s on song at 4000, shift up and it’s boosting up all over again.

Whoosh whoosh whoosh! BOOST is addictive, and this little car with it’s little turbo just brings me so much joy, so responsive. It’s more responsive down low than any other turbo car I’ve owned, EVO TME included. I’m going to miss that as the car I’ll be getting next won’t have the same urgency down low.
