My only concern would be getting a decent length on the lease. Inner west light industrial areas are prime picking ground for developers wanting to put in residential units and make big $$. If u have already checked out current LEP and draft zoning under Leichardt LEP and Draft LEP 2011 probably worthwhile. Don’t want to settle and then have the landlord selling up in 6 months.

I would love a warehouse space just to work live and play in.
