It’ll be a great contrast against any new gyprock, shelving etc. But best to do it now before the refit as it can be pretty messy. You should also def consider polished concrete floors. Hard to tell how good the floors are, but you could go for a light polish and it would look awesome. It’ll also make the place a lot brighter and reflect light better.
