Some art went up today, nice change.

My mate MERDA was kind enough to give me print #8 :)

Sergio dropped in today.

Beer o’clock saw us playing with some toys.

Fucker was hard to control lol.

The fluro red is pretty hardcore in real life. Not sure it’s going to work too well in the space. The yellow needs a few more coats but it’s the right “industrial” yellow unlike the very pale odd yellow the poles originally were.

Zen Garage stickers are free (all you need to do is send in a self addressed stamped envelope). This envelope came from the states! So cool :)

Some flying toys for the space.

I brought in a box of these girl toys for the boys. :)

Some girls in-situ.

BBS LM-R’s. The photo doesn’t do these wheels any justice at all. They looked a million dollars.

AP’s Rocco.

Christina thinks her carbon valance fell off. I think it was stolen the other day at The Domain carpark. :(

Lovely view at Ventuno.

The ULTIMATE antipasto plate. Amazing.

I went for the wild boar pasta. Yum!

Zen Garage Project Car #01. Sean’s non-registrable FD which we’ll be setting up for Targa.

Can’t wait to start stripping this thing!

Rob’s done an awesome job on this makeshift kitchen.

Office doors just happen to come in Tiffany Teal :)

Humble beginnings of our Zen Garden. We’re looking for more pot plants so if you’re in Sydney and have a pot plant you’d like us to adopt please drop by!
First day in the office today, it’s nice outside but damn it’s cold in here! Unfortunately internet isn’t happening just yet but I’m currently connected through John’s iPhone (speed’s not too bad at all!). More news as it comes.

The Apple Store experience is strange. No counter, sign your signature on an iPhone with your finger… I’m not sure if I like it, but whatever.

Mia and Max having a good sniff!

Max approves?

More sniffing.

Setting up.
I went in set on a Macbook Air but walked out 20 minutes later with a Macbook PRO. Glad Christina, and the sales guy pushed me to go with the pro. I’ve set it all up, mostly. Work at Zen Garage starts tomorrow!

All new. I like it.

Didn’t try it this time but damn I am so going back to grab it next time!

This shop had lots of dogs to try, gah yum yum.

We grabbed a Wagyu Burger + fries in cheese + truffle.

And a chilli dog. All yum but I was still craving the Reuben Sandwich!

Dropped into Kino too and got some R32 GT-R goodness.
Suga and I spent the day in the city today. I just wanted to check out the progress on the new Centrepoint/Westfields. Found the food court this time, blew me away, so much stuff to try. I’ll have to go back for more!

Super plush.

Free stickers always win me over.

The only Reg Mombassa I can afford.
I love a good mottled grey T, or sloppy joe.
Narada and I have been wanting to work together for a while now. We’ve done some collab work, but nothing chunky. A week or so ago he sent me a late night SMS. I could tell he was excited! The concept was a motorsport photography awards.
Earlier this week we caught up after the INfront/Vince Frost talk at the Apple Store and we fleshed out the idea over a couple of ciders. In typical fashion I got busy fast once I got up the next morning. Domain name, hosting, wordpress, play, play, and more play and a few days in we’ve got a pretty damn decent start.
Amazingly, based off concept alone we’ve managed to confirm a top shelf world class judging panel consisting of the one and only Darren Heath, F1 photographer extraordinaire. My friend Charles Kha, Editor of Speedhunters, the world’s most hit auto blog. Mark Arcenal, the God and founder of Fatlace/Illest/Hellaflush. Jordan Donnelly, the people’s photographer and Easton Chang, the automotive photographer’s photographer.
Now all we need are a shitload of prizes and hopefully people will enter!
